Rental project:
Here is one of the rooms at one our recent spray plaster projects, a small rental on the outskirts of Coventry.
As you can see, the wallpaper was removed from the walls and our client needed to get them back looking fresh ready for his next tennant.
This project took a total of 4 days to plaster a 3 bedroom property to a finish, from top to bottom and was ready to dry the next day for our painting team to spray!
This property recieved a level 5 spray finish of plaster and paint throughout in just under 10 days (the ammount of time it takes traditional plaster to dry).
As a result our client was able to get their property back on the market as quickly as possible saving him both time and money.
